Jubli Intan 65 Activities for April 08

The members of Jubli Intan 65 organises gatherings and get togethers on a regular basis to foster closer "silatulrahim", the most regular ones being golf, lunch or "teh tarek" gathering and marriage ceremonies. The following are the activities held in this month, April 2008.

Dear Guys,
Rather than keeping the wait, here are all the photos on
the day (and night) of the wedding of Rahmat's son at
Port Dickson, on Saturday April 5th 2008.

The photos of the night's event are slightly marred by
the camera shutter not being fully opened. You'd notice
that by the presence of a black triangle at the bottom
left or right of those images.

I had wondered that night why my digital screen looked
rather dark, not realising that I had dropped the camera
when coming out of Wan Peng's car near the wedding venue.

But I compensated the angling of the camera, in order not
to spoil in capturing the event and the moments.
Hope you guys bear with me or would you rather bare me?

Anyway I hope the products that churned out suffice or
meet your certain standards.

Malam Gumbira Ria

Our brother Ahmad Fauzee, a 'Klasik' Singer Extra-Ordinaire and Vice President of the Kelab Sahabat Klasik, successfully directed the Malay Broadway Musical, with 25 songs including 7 Artistes at the Dewan Perdana FELDA, Jalan Semarak, Kuala Lumpur on Sunday 27 April 08 at 8.00pm.

Many JI65 members bought the dinner tickets at RM60 per person to attend the musical.

G8 2008 Golf Committee Meeting

The above Committee meeting was successfully held on Tuesday, 22nd April 08 at the MCOBA Building at 8.00 pm. Shahlan Yob, who was there to get the tickets to Malam Gumbira Ria, was also present at the meeting as an observer and was the first non-golfer to contribute towards the G8 Golf Fund.

Akhuna Nik Abdul Aziz

The following email was received from Sdra Ahmad Fuad Rahman on 5th April 08: -

Assalamu 'alaikom Ikhwan,

It is with deep regret to inform all, that akhuna Nik Aziz's Big C has taken a turn for the worse. From information received, its now affecting his liver.

Yang jauh, selitkan lah do'a untuk beliau diketika sujud (dimana rakaat sekali pun). Mohan kepada Yang Maha Berkuasa agar beliau sembuh, sesembuhnya, tanpa cacat dan cela. Andaikata tidak mungkin lagi, pohonkanlah agar beliau dijemput kembali dengan penuh belas dan kasih sayang. Agar Allah redha kepada beliau dan beliau juga redha terhadap segala dugaan.

Bagi yang dekat, akhuna has been admitted to Ward 9 Bed 22 of the Selayang Hospital. InsyaAllah there are plans by a few of us to visit him on Sunday 06APR08. InsyaAllah I hope to be able to post happier news after we have visited him.
